1. Purchase $50 worth of Proctor & Gamble products like Tide, Febreze, Pampers, Bounty, Bounce and Cover Girl.
2. Circle the items on the original receipts.
3. Print and complete the coupon booklet request form.
4. Mail the completed form and the original receipts and your coupon booklet will be sent out in the mail!
